My colleague and me visit often Rotterdam port for work, last weekend we decided to change from the usual hotel and we took 2 rooms in a hotel in Brielle, without knowing the town or any restaurant. Well, we went to De Smaeck van Brielle and we were so enthusiastic about it after the first night that we decided to go back also another night. The place is very nice and quiet, personnel very helpful and kind and when you get to the food... you just love it. Very well presented, the cooking is perfect and the taste incredibly good. I will be back for sure.

What a surprise. Cute place with lovely staff. Had the tasting menu, which was not only very affordable, but pretty and delicious! They also offered me me an alternate option on a meat I don't eat. Great job, would definitely recomend and happily return. 😁😘

Very nice place with good food and kind waiters. Only less good thing is that we waited a long time between each course.

The location is nice. However I cannot recommend this place. We waited for more than 1:30h for our food, the service was extremely slow, and the food was ok but so overpriced for what we got.

A typical Dutch restaurant nested in the old town of Brienne. The food is really fresh (open kitchen, where you can see the cooks preparing the dishes). NIce staffs. I will come back there when I will be at the port again
